As you all know, school is almost over and exams are here. And I know that everyone is probably stressing out these few days trying to catch up on last minute studying, and completing presentations/projects, and stuff.
During these very depressing and stressful times, I normally try to cheer myself up so I could feel a bit more at ease before exams. Because, I feel that, stressing yourself before exams only causes you to:
- over study (get things mixed up=> screwing up on multiple choice=> chances of failing, rises)
- don't get enough sleep (might fall asleep during exam=> not having enough time to finish => failing)
- get eye bags ( makes you look ugly[not meant to be offensive] => self conscious=> unfocused during exam=> chances of failing~ increases)
- to be depressed (not happy=> don't feel like studying=> thoughts of suicide=> death=> missing exams=> fails)
